About Our CEO
Dr. Darnell E. Patton is a combat veteran who served 27 years in the United States Marine Corps. He has over 30 years of leadership experience and has developed, trained, mentored, and coached thousands of people for various organizations.
He has spent countless hours on the instructional platform. Dr. Patton has also been a keynote speaker for agencies such as the United States Marine Corps and the Department of Homeland Security on numerous occasions, as well as for class graduations, historical celebrations, and other special events.
Dr. Patton has taught at Central Texas College and is currently an adjunct professor for the University of Charleston, West Virginia, where he is responsible for training and developing students in the Master of Science in Strategic Leadership Program.
He holds a Doctorate in Management and Organizational Leadership, a Master of Business Administration with a Specialization in Human Resources Management, a Master of Science in Educational and Instructional Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management, and an Associate's degree in General Studies. Currently, he is pursuing a Master's degree in Physiology with an emphasis in Human Behavior.
